Ensure you have installed “Google Authenticator”. Ensure the date and time of your phone are consistent with that of the device running Bvnex. Ensure you had input correct login password and 2FA code in the binding page.
Note:
1.Please refer to https://bvnex.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034028214-Bind-Google-Authenticator for binding Google Authenticator.
2.If you have lost your Google Authenticator, you must apply to disable it first on Bvnex.
You can send relevant data to Bvnex’s email “support@bvnex.com” and we will handle it within two days. You should provide the following data:
- Your account information, including username (Email), mobile phone number
- Picture of ID card (both sides)

Photo of handhold ID card and hand-written paper including: “Bvnex.com” “Application for disabling GA” in hand, mark the date of application and signature at the end.
